Achnagairn House is a Grade 11 listed mansion, nestling in a valley in the Highlands, offering complete seclusion and privacy but with good communications, being only eight miles from Inverness with good rail, air and road links. A recent refurbishment has been completed and it has been carefully restored to its former glory, but with luxurious and contemporary additions that make it a very special wedding venue. Up to fifty five guests can be accommodated in the twenty four bedrooms, each individually designed, and which include magnificent bathrooms where a whirlpool bath can be enjoyed, looking out over the valley! There are spacious and attractive reception rooms where guests can mingle and relax; an in-house cinema and fifteen acres of landscaped gardens, perfect for photographs and relaxing, admiring the wonderful views. The “jewel in the crown” is the stunning ballroom with its unique minstrel's gallery and an ambience all of its own. It is ideal for weddings, corporate events, charity balls and family occasions - all in all, a memorable venue which, when combined with our warm welcome and experienced staff, will serve to create an experience that all who attend won't forget!
