Glenfarclas Distillery celebrated their 175th Anniversary in style in May 2011 at their premises’ at Ballindalloch A de-bonded warehouse was transformed for the event, and 350 guests enjoyed the formal dinner, which Wilde Thyme chefs created especially for the event, and which featured Glenfarclas whisky in the pudding trio.
After dinner the guests enjoyed a traditional ceilidh.
