A Moving Event
One of our most challenging events to date - the move to our new premises at the former MOD training camp at Cultybraggan. Military precision was required to plan the move of all the ovens, hobs, fridges, freezers and utensils from the kitchen and the dismantling and rebuilding of our chill rooms. Numerous van trips were needed to shift the crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen, uniforms, etc... all of which is now organised and tidy in our new spacious warehouse. We even managed to move the office complete with computers and phone systems with very little down time.
Our move to Cultybraggan has given us much more space to develop the business and one aspect of this is our environmental policy. We are installing an accelerated composting system which means that by the end of April we will be composting all our food waste. The first batch of mature compost will be ready in June and we will be supplying this to the allotments which are adjacent to us at Cultybraggan.
