Andrew Hamer joined the company in February 2005 as Company Director and business partner. Andrew was formerly the Executive Chef at The Gleneagles Hotel Perthshire.
Andrew's experience of delivering culinary expertise at the highest levels will enable Wilde Thyme to continue to innovate and deliver outstanding food and service experiences

We aim to present our clients with innovative ideas in food design that are as amazing to look at as they are delicious to eat. Our belief is that our customers should only experience the highest quality.
No party or event is too large or too small. We specialise in the personal aspect and are totally flexible in re-creating food and menus to meet each client's particular tastes and requirements. For each event we like to create your own distinct and memorable menu. |
