Cooking class

The first Wilde Thyme cooking class took place this week at Cultybraggan.  The participants all looked very nervous when they first came into the kitchen, but soon got to grips with the crabs removing all the meat, before rolling out the Whisky smoked salmon for the ballotine into "interesting" shapes.  After then tussling with the duck for the main, the rhubarb floating island came as a bit of light relief, being the most popular in the cooking and consumption.  All great fun, don't know about the participants, but Chef was exhausted by the end!
