Gone with the wind
Gale force winds of up to 70mph caused some concern this weekend for the Wilde Thyme team. We did think that the guests might arrive to find the marquee "gone with the wind" but although it shuddered and shook the marquee held firm, and it was only the guests who were blown away - by the Wilde Thyme food and service

If it was the wind last month it is the cold this month. Has anyone ever considered that in the summer we work hard to cool down white wine and champagne and in the winter we have to work hard to warm red wine? Probably just me then...
